Vectron Stack

Document the local `vectron stack` scaffolding flow and its current limits.

vectron stack is the opinionated local stack scaffolding subsystem. It is powerful, but should be treated as an evolving feature, especially because it is currently macOS-only.

Use the stack examples when you want concrete vectron.stack.toml starting points for reverse proxying, services, observability, or Kubernetes.
